By downloading, installing, or using MarkTheTask, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MarkTheTask is a task management application that provides daily planning, task organization, cloud synchronization, and productivity tools. The app offers both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of MarkTheTask, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

4. In-App Purchases

Premium features are available as monthly or yearly subscriptions through Google Play. All purchases are processed and governed by Google Play's policies. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of MarkTheTask is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Task data is encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption and stored locally with optional cloud sync.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time through the app. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion. During this period, you may cancel the deletion request.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarkTheTask is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of MarkTheTask after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
